Job Description

As a Junior Sales Associate at Stratix, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, focusing on expanding our presence within the healthcare industry, specifically targeting Home Health Care (HHC) and Acute Care spaces. Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid understanding of Stratix’s mobile technology offerings and their applications within the Home Health Care and Acute Care sectors.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the healthcare industry, leveraging your knowledge of Home Health Care and Acute Care.
  • Collaborate with senior sales professionals to nurture leads, develop relationships, and close deals.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations using tools like PowerPoint and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Good foundational knowledge of the Home Health Care industry and familiarity with the Acute Care space.
  • Previous work experience in the Home Health Care industry or related fields such as healthcare insurance is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Prior sales experience (in any capacity) is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
