Job Description

As a Junior Sales Associate at Stratix, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, focusing on expanding our presence within the healthcare industry, specifically targeting Home Health Care (HHC) and Acute Care spaces. Your understanding of these sectors, coupled with your sales acumen, will drive our growth and success in delivering innovative mobile technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid understanding of Stratix’s mobile technology offerings and their applications within the Home Health Care and Acute Care sectors.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the healthcare industry, leveraging your knowledge of Home Health Care and Acute Care.
  • Collaborate with senior sales professionals to nurture leads, develop relationships, and close deals.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations using tools like PowerPoint and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Good foundational knowledge of the Home Health Care industry and familiarity with the Acute Care space.
  • Previous work experience in the Home Health Care industry or related fields such as healthcare insurance is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Prior sales experience (in any capacity) is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
