Stratix Services for K-12 School Districts

Large-scale device programs give students and teachers access to a wealth of educational resources both in and out of the classroom. But these huge technology programs bring challenges. Administrators need a way to keep track of all the devices. They also have to ensure they’re kept running well, repaired, and replaced when necessary.
IT teams must coordinate repairs and replacements, track every device’s status and location, manage spare inventory efficiently, and balance device support with other IT priorities
Students can’t learn if their device isn’t working. Delays in repairs can disrupt learning, while inventory costs and IT workloads quickly add up.
That’s why major school districts like Gwinnett and DeKalb Counties have partnered with Stratix.
With our itrac360 platform, districts have visibility of the status of every device — including serial numbers, the status of repairs, and how many devices are in the spare pool.
Every day, our vans pick up broken devices from each school in the district and bring them to our facilities in Peachtree Corners, which are packed with support and repair resources.
Our certified technicians evaluate the problems and repair devices with OEM-approved replacement parts. We have the expertise and staff to refurbish hundreds of devices a day. Once repaired, the devices are cleaned and returned to the schools, ready to be used by students who need them.
Stratix currently serves more than 190,000 students in Gwinnett County and over 200,000 Chromebooks. In DeKalb, we serve more than 90,000 students with more than 100,000 Chromebooks.
Our results speak for themselves. With Stratix managing its Chromebook lifecycle, Gwinnett County Public Schools cut device downtime from two weeks to just three days, saved millions in costs, and extended the life of its devices
Stratix believes that nothing empowers individuals and lifts communities like the benefits of a good education, so we’re proud of how we’ve helped schools manage and improve their device programs. To learn more, visit www.stratixcorp.com.education.
