Position Summary

The Project Manager leads multiple and/or large-scale Enterprise Supply Chain, Lifecycle Management (LCM), and Reverse Logistics (RL) mobility projects. This role manages all project phases, including planning, execution, closeout, and transition to steady state. Responsibilities include creating project plans, requirements documents, workflows, charters, schedules, RAID logs, lessons learned, status reports, inventory reports, and shipping reports. The Project Manager also oversees project tasks, reporting, and communications while partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from assignment through closeout and steady-state transition.

There is a large focus on product deployments, LCM, and RL projects.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Review and interpret Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Change Requests to ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly understood.
  • Lead project planning, kick-off meetings, requirements gathering, design discussions, and deployment scheduling with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple large-scale Supply Chain, Lifecycle Management (LCM), and Reverse Logistics (RL) mobility projects, including complex initiatives with multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, charters, RAID logs, status reports, inventory reports, shipping reports, and other project documentation using MS Project and Excel.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, expectations, stakeholder relationships, project risks, issues, scope changes, and contingency planning.
  • Coordinate deployment and migration activities, support workflows, Order Management requirements, revenue forecasting, inventory tracking, invoicing, and post-deployment support.
  • Manage project financial performance, including budgets, profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, utilization, forecasting, and escalation of budget concerns.
  • Ensure projects follow PMO methodology and quality assurance standards while meeting financial goals, timelines, deliverables, and customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Lead project close-out activities, reconciliations, lessons learned, deliverable acceptance, and final project reviews with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to independently drive results while building and maintaining effective client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of account management and/or project management experience in a customer-facing environment, including issue resolution and executive-level escalation management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience managing Supply Chain, Lifecycle Management (LCM), Reverse Logistics (RL), Product, and/or Mobility Deployment projects strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including strategic planning, risk management, change management, people management, and timeline execution.
  • Ability to consult effectively with customers at the executive, business operations, and technical levels, both onsite and remotely.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand, analyze, and prepare financial reports.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis, along with proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and documentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex project information.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate others, collaborate across teams, and build trusted relationships with customers, coworkers, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
  • PMP Certification Preferred
