Peachtree Corners, Ga (August 24, 2023) — Stratix Corporation, a leading provider of managed mobility services (MMS) in the U.S., announced today that we have acquired MMS provider Vox Mobile in a move to accelerate strategic growth and enhance our offerings. 

The MMS market is expanding rapidly as companies move to mobile-first or mobile-only strategies to drive productivity, nimbleness, and the best possible user and customer experiences. The acquisition of Vox Mobile is a natural progression for Stratix as we work to provide more capabilities and innovation for our customers. Stratix already leads in areas like logistics, deployment, repair, and day-2 support. We were attracted by Vox’s automation tools, the synergy in our service portfolios, and the opportunities for geographic expansion and serving new verticals. 

Vox has expertise in endpoint management, help desk, and telecom expense management. With the acquisition, Stratix expands our operations to include Vox’s facilities in Ohio and its Canada-based resources—enabling our cross-border customers to access local and in-language support resources.  

Vox’s portfolio of services further complements and expands Stratix’s offerings to incorporate AI chat in our industry-leading help desk services. We will expand our endpoint management support to 24x7x365 and bring the value of Vox’s Encompass platform with comprehensive telecom expense management that gives complete visibility of all aspects of telecom spend. 

Stratix and Vox share many partners across OEMs, distribution, carriers, and endpoint management vendors—and Stratix’s deep expertise in rugged will significantly expand offerings for Vox customers.
