Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will be responsible for preparing campaign briefs, managing tasks in Asana, coordinating the development of assets, creating digital ad campaigns, and ensuring seamless communication and alignment between multiple stakeholders and external vendors. Experience using RollWorks to build targeted digital campaigns is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate is passionate about using a structured, process-driven approach to project management and campaign execution. They thrive in fast-paced environments, bring consistency and discipline to every campaign, and excel at juggling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and communication skills. The position reports to Director of Partner & Marketing Programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project timelines and proactively communicate milestones, next steps, and handoffs to key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for all campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, display, digital ads, etc.) ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns—including account-based and display advertising—using platforms such as RollWorks.
  • Prepare detailed campaign briefs and set up projects & tasks in Asana for cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Creation of campaign assets, managing completion of long-form content and development of short-form content, display ads, emails, etc.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (including partners and leadership) to secure approvals for campaign deliverables.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to support campaign needs (design, copywriting, 3rd-party syndication, etc.).
  • Ensure campaign workflows, nurture streams, and reporting processes are in place and followed.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met and suggest optimizations where needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in campaign coordination, planning, and execution (4+ years).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience creating digital ad campaigns across display, social, and retargeting platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and internalize Stratix’s ideal customer profile (ICP), target verticals, and solution portfolio—and confidently communicate value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience using RollWorks or similar account-based advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and project management software (Salesforce, HubSpot, and Asana experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong writing, communication and collaboration skills; experience working with both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing, including email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to generate reports and insights based on campaign performance.
