Position Summary:

Sales Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales organization and the company by identifying and implementing sales discipline, sales performance metrics and reporting, and process improvement. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Success. However, this position will work closely with the leadership, sales, and other support functions with in Stratix.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting sales with deal structure, sales process, and RFP requests.
  • Act as facilitator for RFPs and significant or complicated transactions, including responsibility for facilitating rapid turnaround or response from internal business units and partners, coordinating activities and timely communication to complete.
  • Maintain knowledge base and information repository to facilitate rapid completion of standard information requests.
  • Create and implement sales training on process and system improvements.
  • Assisting with (CRM) for team member which may include opportunity approvals, basic help, reporting and provide recommendations for system enhancements as it relates to sales process.
  • Be engaged in opportunity process, progression and tracking deal priorities.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and assist sales in pipeline management and health.
  • Create and manage content for departments within the sales organization in our Learning Management System.
  • Be cross trained in other Sales Success team members responsibilities for back up coverage.
  • Coordinate sales organization team building activities and internal sales team events.
  • Identify areas in need of improvement and prioritize and escalate them for review.
  • Build relationships with internal cross functional team members.


  • 2-4 years experience in Sales Operations, Support, Reporting or similar role.
  • Highly motivated and self-sufficient with the ability to build and leverage internal relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft office applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with or another CRM tool (preferred but not required).

Working Conditions:

Core work hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:30AM-5:30PM.  Additional work hours will be required at times and occasionally, working from home may be arranged for unusual situations.  Must be able to work with time sensitive assignments/responsibilities.
