Richard Greenaway

Richard brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in Professional Services and Customer Support to Stratix. His experience spans complex program management with a focus on enterprise-wide technology deployments throughout the United States and around the globe.

Richard began his international career in EMEA’s food retail sector. He later worked with several software firms, leading client-facing teams and overseeing the customer journey from initial product deployment through ongoing support in EMEA and USA. In addition, he has led professional service engagements for more than 600 North American and Australian customers. Richard earned a BS degree in American Management from University of Wales, Swansea, United Kingdom.
