Joe has spent most of his career creating high performance teams that scale to high-volume demands and achieve the highest NPS results in the industry. Throughout his 25 years of experience in creating high-touch interactions in support of advanced technology, Joe has leveraged well-defined, repeatable business processes to build and maintain customer loyalty.
Prior to joining Stratix, Joe worked with such industry innovators as Goldman Sachs and Cbeyond. While at Cbeyond, he implemented a 24×7 technical and customer support call center including a three-tiered operational support and NOC staff consisting of agents, engineers and management. That organization served the technology and managed services needs of more than 80,000 small- to medium-sized businesses.
