The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the “sell through, to and with” marketing strategy for our partner ecosystem.  The right candidate is an energetic marketer and team player who will work closely with Partner & Strategic Alliances management team to develop engagement content, sales enablement and manage go-to-marketing activities for the partner ecosystem.

The successful candidate must be an exceptional marketer who is experienced in sales, sales enablement and engagement strategies with channel sales teams and partners. This person will be the key contributor to the creation, development & maintenance of demand generation programs and all related Market Development Fund (MDF) activity. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage multiple projects, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to develop and execute marketing campaigns to and through partners, including identifying opportunities and leading execution of campaigns through the partners
  • Drive Stratix messaging, competitive differentiation, and revenue impact via integrated marketing and communications strategies to partners
  • Manage projects and communications internally and with partners to achieve agreed upon success metrics
  • Drive collaboration with partners’ marketing counterparts to plan, develop, and execute agreed upon marketing and communications projects
  • Manage, maintain, and update partner web pages on StratixCorp.com and partner portals
  • Maintain and implement a robust communications calendar including win stories, communications, newsletters, and product/services companion communications
  • Manage the utilization, reporting, claiming and summary of MDF funds from partners
  • Continuously measure ROI of marketing initiatives, report the findings and utilize information to enhance marketing plans and report and analyze metrics for marketing leadership
  • Be a trusted liaison that aligns the following internal teams for joint success: 1) sales teams, 2) strategic alliance team, and 3) marketing leadership and subject matter experts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications required
  • Minimum three years hands-on Enterprise B to B experience, preferably in partner marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in executing partner marketing campaigns that deliver ROI
  • Minimum of three years demonstrable experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Hubspot or the like) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating outstanding program management skills, and the ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key external and internal players
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and relationship skills – you must be comfortable providing a point of view and driving Stratix value proposition
