Position Summary:

The MOC Trainer position is responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of training within the Mobile Operations Center. This will entail providing training and user guidance on internal systems as well as customer projects; and knowledge-based development and documentation. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with delivery of a training and development plan for new hires and current staff
  • Monitor knowledge development
  • Create and maintain documentation in PowerPoint or Learning Management System
  • Gather feedback from trainees to ensure that appropriateness of course contact and need for improvement opportunities
  • Represent the training program in meetings with project teams as required

Requirements:

  • EDUCATION:   Associate/ BS or BA degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • EXPERIENCE:   1+ years of MOC experience or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.  Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills to be able to deliver effective training
  • Energetic self-starter that can work both independently and, in a team-oriented environment
  • Goal driven, and results orientated. A desire to go above and beyond to get the job done
  • Working hours are scheduled to support a 24×7 operation
