Job Summary:

The Director of People Operations / Talent Management is accountable for direction and administration of all human resource activities, including policy implementation, employee relations, coaching, employee/management development and performance management. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader is an integral and proactive member of the business and serves as a trusted advisor on all matters related to Human Capital with Stratix employees and managers. This role requires experience and proven performance delivering strategic and innovative Talent Management initiatives and process excellence. Your understanding of all aspects of the business will be essential to driving strategic solutions to attract, engage, develop, and retain employees while aligning them with the organization’s culture, strategies, and vision.

Key Accountabilities/Essential Function

  • Serve as a proactive partner to the Executive and Leadership teams
  • Drive execution of the Talent Management strategy, integrating best practices/trends and performing analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing talent management processes and programs
  • Effectively execute on talent strategy, including performance management; individual,team, and leadership development;total rewards; succession planning and readiness,among others, to address current and future business needs
  • Design effective engagement strategies with a focus on retention of high performers,high potentials and key contributors
  • Manage onboarding, training and development programs for all employees
  • Assist in driving employee recognition and communication in designated groups
  • Play an active role facilitating and driving change throughout the organization
  • Assist managers in determining hiring needs based on business needs and financial performance, manage the recruiting function and the sourcing of new employees
  • Recommend policy and practice changes based on internal trends and competitive benchmarking
  • Manage department that includes recruiting, administration, and facility

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years demonstrated successful experience supporting the human resources function within a mid-size technology organization and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.•Bachelor’s degree, PHR/SPHR preferred
  • Ability to innovate and challenge current norms to drive change in the organization and work with people of varying
  • backgrounds and organizational levels
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high growth company environment with a get it done,positive attitude.
  • A demonstrated ability to multitask, probe, analyze and problem-solve issues with minimal guidance
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, from various day-to-day HR activities to large-scale projects
  • Excellent verbal and written skills coupled with strong presentation skills in front of small and large groups of associates
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems at the intermediate to expert levels
