Position Summary

The Compliance and Process Improvement Specialist is a hands-on, results-driven individual, responsible for building and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement in the Service & Repair environment. The Compliance and Process Improvement Specialist will work to prioritize and drive performance improvements that will significantly affect business results and deliver operational excellence to our customers by challenging the status quo, coaching, and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement to achieve performance excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical documentation including processes, procedures and workflows in a clear and concise manner and working with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with industry best practices.  The Compliance and Process Improvement Specialist is also responsible to manage and keep up with Stratix compliance to standards including but not limited to ISO 9001, 15001, 45001, R2, and PCI.


  • Demonstrates a strong command and understanding for Service & Repair LCM process.
  • Understands the why behind processes and procedures in order to drive process improvement solutions and process and product quality assurance
  • Connects processes and procedures to CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) requirements to ensure compliance
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on preparing clear and concise communication
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Recognizes and provides recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Self-motivator that can take the initiative and drive results
  • Manages Automation Improvements
  • Ensures all processes are documented and followed
  • Has or develops knowledge of the standards that apply to Stratix and has responsibility to keep them to date and relevant.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years’ experience in process management, quality, audit, and/or compliance
  • 4+ years of relevant experience applying knowledge of Service & Repair operations
  • Experience working with and implementing compliant processes and procedures
  • Proficient in the design and maintenance of high-quality process documentation
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Lean Supply Chain experience
